Going the extra mile

Apparent Properties in Barnes and Sheen are always trying to go the extra mile for their clients. We were recently instructed on the sale of a large house on The Terrace in Barnes. As part of the deal we obtained planning permission for our vendor to turn their derelict garages into an annex of c. 800 square foot, thereby adding huge extra value. Interest from buyers is huge as- in this market - everyone wants to be able to add value to their largest investment.
