What We Do

We believe letting your property should be easy, profitable, and stress free. Here’s how we make that happen:

  • Letting and rent collection service – 8% +VAT
    We do all the work up to getting your tenant in. From marketing to referencing and lease setup. You handle ongoing calls and maintenance.
  • Letting & Management service – 13% + VAT
    We do everything above plus property management. Repairs, inspections, tenant issues — we deal with it all, so you don’t have to.

Full Management Service

Want us to look after everything? Great choice. Here’s what we’ll do:

  • Be your main contact for the tenant — so you don’t have to chase stuff
  • Organise repairs & maintenance via trusted contractors
  • Carry out regular property inspections
  • Send you clear annual income & expense reports (handy for accountants)
  • Handle renewals or negotiations when the tenancy ends

We deduct our management fee monthly from the rent we collect.
